Anthony Green solo album “Avalon” coming in August

I’ve been busy lately, but I checked around to see what anthony green/circa survive had been up to. I checked out youtube to see some circa survive vids and came across an video ANTHONY GREEN – Behind the scenes of the making of Avalon. I’m freakin out in EXCITEMENT! HE’S REALLY WORKING ON HIS SOLO ALBUM! This annoucement was made on absolutepunk.net on April 7th. Anyway, who cares! My boy Anthony Green is doing the solo thang!!!!!!!!! The album comes out in August 2008.

August 30, 2007Wow! Fucking BEAUTIFUL. I almost cried(tears of joy) watching this. Their performance includes a cover song of Pink Floyd’s “WISH YOUR WERE HERE”, Circa own “KICKING YOUR CROSSES DOWN”, and “IN FEAR AND FAITH”. Anthony has a voice of an angel. Scratch that. His voice kicks any angel’s voice ass. If your a fan of Circa Survive, do yourself a huge, huge, huge, huge favor and watch this. Its a life changing experience! Okay maybe not. The Forecast: A new band to me, that I saw live and loved

So Its been a month since the last time I saw a concert and rocked out. I have listened to The Forecast before a few months ago, and liked what I heard. I went searching on the net for who was performing in my state North Carolina. I found the club Greene Street which was in Greensboro,NC. The Forecast was headlining a show there. So I said to myself “I’m goin to go see them, take a risk on a band I don’t know a whole lot about”. In a nutshell, the concert was OFF THE CHAIN GOOD! I was blown away by their live performance. I bought there album right after show and have not stopped listening. I recommend any altrock fan to go give The Forecast a go when they come near you.
